This PPSL-12HD — 12″ Manual Slicer, Heavy Duty - is a slicer made by Atosa USA. This item comes with a 12” special alloy knife (Rasspe®, high quality brand made in Italy), which is longer lasting and easier to sharpen. Additionally, a 1/2HP knife motor with permanently lubricated ball bearings and overload protection comes standard. The base is aluminum alloy that is stain-resistant with an anodized finish. This slicer also comes with a top mounted knife sharpener with two stones to always keep the knife razor sharp.
