These shelves are built to withstand rust and corrosion. This unit also boasts a self-closing door, bottom mount compressor, and a digital temperature controller with can be altered at any time quickly and easily. Importantly, this commercial refrigerator has air cooled refrigeration, which keeps product temperatures ranging from 32°-38° degrees F even in varying ambient temperatures. Additionally, the door has a built in stainless steel door lock which controls access to refrigerator contents. A one door commercial refrigerator is a staple to any commercial kitchen. This particular unit is a low height version of Atosa’s one door refrigerator, and is 63 1/4 inches in height, compared to the regular 83 1/10 of their standard bottom mount.
