The ATCO-513(N)B-2 — is a double stack convection oven made by Atosa USA. This oven comes in a standard depth (NB-2) or a bakery depth (B-2). This unit features a stainless steel exterior and interior, as well as a convenient solid state digital controller with a Cook ‘n‘ Hold feature, and an interior oven light standard. This convection oven also features a temperature range of 150°F to 500°F, with 46,000 BTU’s per oven capacity. Both the standard depth and the bakery depth model accept five(5) 18’’ X 26’’ standard full-size baking pans left to right, but the bakery depth is also able to hold the pans front to back. Natural and propane models are available.
