The ATCB-48 — 48″ Char Rock Broiler is a char rock broiler made by Atosa USA. This broiler is perfect for any cooking operation looking to add that signature smoky flavor that these broilers provide, as well as those perfect grill marks. This char rock broiler uses lava rocks that take the heat from the flame, and evenly distribute it throughout the broiler. Additionally, the rocks will catch and hold drippings, enhancing the smells and aroma that the broiler will produce. This unit has a stainless steel exterior and interior, and houses 35,000 BTU stainless steel burners with standby pilot.
