Grand Rapids Restaurant Week is Back for its 15th Anniversary

It’s back! Grand Rapids Restaurant Week, now in its 15th year, is in full swing. This annual event gives local restaurants the opportunity to showcase their best and brightest new menu ideas, offer special dishes for a limited time, and bring the community together through the power of delicious food and drinks.

Over 70 participating restaurants have prepared specialty menu items that are viewable on Experience Grand Rapids’ website. Prices range from $25 to $45. Visiting and ‘checking in’ at three or more restaurants will earn you a free food-related gift of your choice, and vising 6 or more will earn you a second gift. See the webpage linked above for instructions.

Experience GR is also donating $1 per visit to a scholarship fund for local culinary students. Since the event’s inception, over $195,000 has been raised for local culinary scholarships.

Participating restaurants include culinary and beverage excellence from across the city, including longtime local favorites like San Chez and Founders and newcomers like Pide and Stick. For those with a taste for the finer things in life, elevated dining experiences can be had at places like Grove and Real Seafood Company. For folks seeking delicious food and a lowkey atmosphere, joints like Quarantino’s and 7 Monks have you covered.

Attendees will be able to vote for their top three favorite participating restaurants. The first-place winner will be awarded at the end of the week.
