The owner of Up Leaf Cafe came to West Michigan Food Equipment with a concept, and the first thing we did was put it to paper. We helped Up Leaf outline what they wanted the space to look like and determine which pieces of kitchen equipment were necessary for what they wanted to serve. The final space is built for Up Leaf’s signature all-fresh menu, including plenty of under-counter cold storage and a brand-new front counter (with sneeze guards!) that stores ingredients for made-to-order Asian fusion rice bowls.
