The Backyard came to us with a project that was over-budget and needed reorganizing. West Michigan Food Equipment value-engineered the project from top to bottom in order to make it financially viable. After that, we installed a bevy of new kitchen equipment, including exhaust hoods, walk-in coolers, dishwashing stations, bar equipment, and a remote beer system.
