The owner/operator of Coast Out came to West Michigan Food Equipment with an idea of what Coast Out’s menu would look like, and what his vision for the truck included. We spec’d out everything they needed, and our installation team handled the rest, including installing a generator, gas supply, fire suppression, and even mounting a custom-built smoker to the truck’s tailgate.
