Cafe De Miro is a full design/build project. The owner came to West Michigan Food Equipment with a vision for the space, and we helped make it a reality. We designed the layout of the space and the kitchen behind the front counter, then supplied and installed all-new cooking equipment, exhaust hoods, sinks, and the display cases visible above.
