Description

APW Wyott TM-12LS half-size fractional single well accommodate 6" X 20" half-size food pan or equivalent fractional inset pans, is a heavy-duty top mount, insulated fractional well, without drain. One-piece stainless steel top flange and heavy gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel warming pan is standard feature. Unit is heated by a tubular heating element shaped in serpentine fashion for even heat distribution to pan base. Element is mounted under well and secured by aluminized deflector shield for maximum efficiency.
